InflectionCX, a leader in customer experiences, is looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries from start to finish via phone, email, and chat. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls daily, providing fast and effective solutions.
  • Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Complete necessary follow-up documentation after each interaction.
  • Provide an exceptional and positive experience in every interaction.
  • Strive to meet service and operational goals, including call abandonment rates, email response times, and returns processing.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Impeccable communication and writing skills.
  • A strong curiosity about how things work and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
  • Empathy and confidence in both written and verbal interactions with customers.
  • Expertise in chat and email etiquette, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at a moderate level.
  • 2+ years of technical/product support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations patiently and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • A college or university degree is an asset.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
